I have watched Jay Chou's movie, "Secret"! It's not bad really! Many people comment that they don't understand the plot. =.=" That's gotta be hard on scriptwriters... I mean, don't straightaway put the blame on the people who produced the movie because oneself doesn't understand it! The fault need not lie with the way the plot unfolds. Those production people would have tried to present it in a way so it can be understood, of course! Would anyone want to screw up their own production? Don't understand the complaints people make... There's little focus on the right things (._.) Try to plot a story that's a wee bit more complicated, and one loses the audience
Jie Lun looks kinda suave in uniform! Lol. Does nobody miss wearing the school uniform?? I do! Even though local school uniforms can never compare with the really cool ones I see on screen (e.g. in Japanese anime, Harry Potter movies and so on and so forth), I still miss wearing Millennia's uniform! One reason being, I need not crack my head to think of something new to wear everyday, I just had to make sure my uniform was not shapeless, and I can look presentable everyday =P Second reason being, I still miss being a student! Well, I -am- going to resume student life, but university life is quite different altogether.
Things are simple as a student! You just had to lead a life within the school. I somehow realize now that it's really quite easy to be outstanding then, and to lead a radiant, happy life always laughing with one's friends and so on. Haha. I'm presenting a cliche. You know that kind of student looked upon like a bright success, achievements aplenty be it in student council, cca etc. Have a bunch of friends, well liked by teachers, and has better than average grades. It's relatively easy. One's school becomes a place you know and am comfortable with, and there are no problems to deal with outside that. Even if there is bitching in school, it's just within the school. One will realize that bitching within a small context is narrow minded too. Too minor an issue to let it affect one? Naw. Isn't all bitching narrow minded? But I'm sure even bitching has different levels of professionalism. Ahaha.
Now, being out of school, doesn't the world seem so much bigger and more complicated still? Then we should cherish the time we have left as a student, isn't it?? Hopefully, student life and the -education- itself is enjoyable in my remaining years as a student. Sighhh. And must also remember I'm a youngster too. Well not really anymore, young adult. *raises eyebrow* It's the BIG 21 for me this year! Is turning 20 or 21 a bigger issue? 21, I guess. Coz that's when I'll watch R21 movies? Muahahaha. Still. Got difference meh? I go Australia, and the movie ratings system will not be the same what? =S
So the tagline for this blogpost is: "Being out of school, doesn't the world seem much bigger and more complicated?"
This could have been included in some teenage drama. Hahaz
And the person saying this would be looking melancholy. Most likely, there'll be two of them in some open space, where the wind is blowing (a choice location would be some beach). And if it's a girl who says the line above, her hair would be blown about in an oh-so-perfect manner in the wind. The wind will never blow too strongly either. The breeze will always be just right. And the girl will be saying her line, and not looking at her companion (let's just say more than half the time, it'll be a guy) but instead looking out at the sea. And she'll not care about getting a reply to her question, instead the crucial thing is to relish the sweet moment and appreciate the beauty of her words. And the guy will be expected to think the girl is the most precious thing in the world because of those words she just said.
LOL.
Oh come to think of it, the above was reenacted in the movie "Secret" too. Haha.. Not my tagline though! That tagline is copyrighted as of now, by me ;P
Lemme go check out the movie soundtrack now...
I am watching the stage production, "Chestnuts"! Hahah~ Me love parody! Hope it's a good one. I heard about the death note one in the previous "Chestnuts" (they have one every year, I heard), and that did tickle me. =0
And I've bought a ticket to Switchfoot's concert! Just, are you gonna go? Do go okay? Haha this is me publicly pressurizing you!
