One movie was all it took for me to forget all the Econs shit I wrote today.
Haha.. And I have a new chart topper! *drumroll*
Pirates of the Carribean: Dead's Men Chest !!!
Aye.. It's chart topper in MY point of view.. Haha.. I started this system of deciding which of the movies are truly the best.. And when a great new movie comes along, the old chart topper is replaced.. So far I've not had many chart toppers.. Only 3.. Lolx.. I've got high standards yarrr.. But besides that, I officially started watching more movies(which I -hope- is now a decent number for a movie buff) only like, last year? Hahaz..
My old chart toppers are (1) Initial D, and (2) V for Vendetta
And number (3) would be Pirates of the Carribean: Dead Men's Chest ! x_x
Dang.. So few hor.. Juz gotta watch more movies! More! More! Ahaha
But normally only when a movie makes me gasp and 'wow'ing for a number of times out loud, then I consider that to be a chart topper one.. Ahaha.. When I have my mouth hanging open, and then that would change from time to time, for instance the next moment I might smirk in amusement or sth, then you'll know that I'm bloody impressed by the movie..XD
Pirates of the Carribean had a good number of surprising turns in the plot, and so there's so many things going on, different events happening to the characters in different settings all at a time.. So there's a lot for you to pay attention to, and the enjoyment is increased.. You'll also find that other than turns in the plot, when you get to watch the sword fight between 3 male characters, the 'turns' will surface figuratively as well..;) Nice twists in the plot, never-seen-before sword fight sequences, many good laughs, monsters that are gross enough, and scenic beaches with vast stretches of lovely white sand too.. Amazing movie, I tell you! *2 thumbsup*
Captain Jack Sparrow is a loveable dude, despite the fact that he walks like a sissy.. Wahaha.. And now, I may be revealing spoilers ahead.. I thought it weird that Elizabeth had chained Jack Sparrow to the ship.. She seemed to be as heartbroken as Will and the crew, or even more heartbroken still.. So it leads me to wonder if part 3 will explore some more of the obscure attraction Elizabeth has for Captain Jack Sparrow.. And it may just be that she chained him on the ship, bcos leaving Jack Sparrow behind forever would help her ensure herself that she would only love Will from then on.. Oh and, Orlando Bloom does have quite a degree of attractiveness huh.. I'm not saying straight that "Oh, he's HOT!" or anything, cos I've still not converted as a fan of his.. Haha.. But he has chiseled features, really quite suave aye? Well, I'm sure he will have a Blooming career, with his ability to capture girls' heart..;P
And I'm gonna end this post off soon.. But first, I saw Spiderman 3's trailer(or rather teaser right?) in the cinema! That's real quick.. Considering it only opens next year in May! So slow! But I have a bit of doubt abt the movie you know.. It's cool that the suit has become orh lu lu.. But it seems really weird for his suit to have turned black due to some alien issue.. I'm not so sure what.. But how? The 'alien essence' was infused with his blood(and come to think of it now, our blood is really red and blue in colour, like his current suit), and that is how his suit becomes black?? I dun like this alien factor for now.. Too unreal for a villainous factor.. But we'll see we'll see! ^__^ But man, I do love the fact that it'll be more angsty still.. Inner struggle.. Some on screen struggles may not involve physical fights, but instead involve turmoil of minds, and they may turn out to be even better.. Mind vs Mind.. How cool is that.. That's the way to go for future, perhaps science fic-y, type of movies.. Simply coolness.. Haha..
